Enjoying my read of the catalogue for the exhibition Radical Nature at the Barbican Art Gallery in London in 2009. Stumbled across this image of a work by Tomas Saraceno that I had never seen before:
59 steps to be on air by sun power, 2003
polyethylene, tape, and sunlight
21 m high, 14.5 m diameter, polyethylene 15 microns

I realize I reblog my wife a lot, but it’s not my fault her tumblr is so freaking amazing.

Is it bad that I don’t know what I’m doing tomorrow? O’Reilly’s “we’ll do it live” comes to mind, but also the general metaphor about reaching new heights and letting life take me where it wants to. I ended a sentence with a preposition. Pretty sure that’s incorrect, but that just means I got some learning to do. Currently not in Carla Bruni’s position of “felt my life with both my hands,” so tomorrow my goal is to grasp it as much as I can. I’m feeling a little nonsensical right now. I’ll just go to sleep and get ready to be alive tomorrow.
